Happy Wednesday! As I plan, write, record, and release new training, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the feedback that so many have given these last few weeks. I appreciate and thrive from both the encouragement and the opportunity to solve problems. This community provides additional purpose to who I am and what I already had to offer.
Outcomes matter. Pathways matter for sure, but we still seek outcomes that provide measurable changes and overproduce along the way. One of my personal outcomes from leading this community over the last few months is - I realize that I know more than I knew, that I knew. That isn’t intended to be a tongue twister, nor is it to brag. It is a realization of the necessity to teach this unique training and evangelize it to make it a standard rather than a lesser known outlier. I feel the weight of that responsibility, and use all of my strengths to let it grow my body and mind stronger with the intention to serve the needs of others. therefore I must, Flex Hard.
Now back to the feedback and planning. Which of the following most excited you? Think of 2) as 15-30 minutes of more targeted Full Body Hybrid training and 3) as 15-30 minute FlexTheory for Fighters, but superior. 1) is glutes for strength, athleticism, and good old appearance. ALL of these are happening.
