✅ START HERE❗️ Welcome to The FLE❌THEORY Method! This is your hub for introductions and onboarding to get you started. Community support via Likes will level you up to provide additional Classroom access, and enhance our group culture with you in it. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ✅ START TRAINING❗️ Here is a strategy that will help you get the most out of your training: 1) Go to Classroom/Start Here. Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. Expect to see noticeable positive changes after a couple of weeks of consistent work. Post your questions, observations, breakthroughs, and aha moments here, and let the community embrace your needs and successes.

@Mícheál Smith thank you for sharing your story, I understand. I’m glad that you found us, and that the podcast left the intended impression. There is an excellent Classroom series on shoulder rehab call Heal Your Shoulders. Give #HYS: #1 a try, as well as the others. There are diverse approaches across the training sessions because of the joint complexity and degrees of freedom. You can progress to the next consecutive session within the same seven days, which is different than how we use the other series. Also, #HOF One 9/19/2025 and beyond are going to dramatically help your hips. You will solve your challenges over time, and see spikes of improvement upfront.
New Training Modules Posted!
Both "Start Here" and "Strength Stretching", which is the core of FlexTheory, have been published and are available to all members. Strength Stretching session one is about 35 minutes long and will be accompanied by 2-3 training sessions each week for a six week duration. Afterward some of the emphases will change to introduce additional material, and we will continue successive 6-8 week series' as we build forward together.

GGBB #4 is Available!
Every series has discoverable beauty when done in order! GGBB #4 is related to #1, with nuances in direction of movement, position, and general articulation. I am loving this training, because it is unexpectedly increasing an ease of movement that I didn't realize I needed. I live a lifestyle of improvement, so both challenge and change are rewarding. Make these work for you (in order) and Flex Hard!

@Christopher Reid that is exactly what is intended, and there are even more effective methods past the one you have just done. He progressing, and make your back work for you in ways that most people don’t even realize are possible. Our backs are often fully in the way, but we are totally unaware because we don’t notice them the same way we notice tight hamstrings. The vertebrae and SI joints share load across a distributed area, which diffuses the sensations.

@Christopher Reid do you mean outside of the GGBB order, or something else? Do GGBB in order, as all series', but it works well before doing any ETS or Pike's Peak work. It even helps HOF.

@Bruno Kerhoni pick the ones that were most effective, and do them before Pike’s Peak or ETS training. You’ll gain superior access to targeted tissues, and produce superior development from the same activity.

#Pike Two is the truth! One of my favorite things about creating the material to share, is creating the material to share. I get to DO the training in a focused, intentional way, and fully present a single set of connected topics within each session and category. This is indeed a wonderful example of the beauties of giving, and its undeniable relationship to how giving gives back with receipts.

@Christopher Reid it’s going to pay off really well for you. It pays off for everybody, including me. I just did some of it myself this morning. All of this training is what I do to build myself into more than I was the day before.
