Tuesday Thoughts
As much as I had plans to create new training last week and this week, I’ve had to deal with a stomach virus and flu like symptoms. If you are experiencing delays with me getting back to you, my apologies.
I am amazed at how quickly one can go from feeling strong to feeling very weak. It is easy for me to take my strength and capabilities for granted, they are my version of normal. As much as I am pursuing goals that go beyond where I currently am, I have to say that this experience is making me appreciate my common daily opportunities and abilities even more. I am grateful for the kind of reminder that is temporary, and look forward to being even more for myself and this community as I regain my full health.
