I have an issue with my training schedule. This has been a reoccurring issue over my life time, however, this time I am struggling to strike a balance.
Prior I utilized static stretching methods, one hour a day, for five days a week. This was always completed in the evening hours (morning time in the average person day, I work midnight shift). During the morning time, I drill for about an hour to an hour 1/2. These drills are all TKD based kicking.
I am using the workouts from this course now. Three days a week, I am in about my fourth month now. I focus on the straddle. I am intense and I push myself every time. My problem! I am sore to the point it impacts my form during drills by mid week.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue? I am struggling to strike balance.
