Dear community,
Last week I began following HOF and ETS, alternating the two every other day, meaning in 2 weeks I have done 7 sessions. I also train martial arts 3x per week and try to have 1-2x per in the gym with weights. For now it’s ok, but I am concerned if I am overdoing it.😰
For the ones of you who are also training either martial arts or have other sports as your primary goal, how many sessions of Flex are you doing per week and how do you structure your training.
