Way of the Hurdler: Session One is Up!
#WOH One is the beginning of extracting the benefits of both the Inside and Outside Hurdler's positions. Session One starts off with targeted outer and inner hip-centric activity, including low amplitude explosive switching. The pelvic health, glute building, and explosive hip opportunities begin early in this more advanced series. If this internal Level is unlocked for you and you pass the basic criteria in the session intro, this is for you. Flex Hard!

That was a tough one. I did it yesterday and realized I’ve got work to do—it'll take more than three sessions to master this. But man, does it hit those weak areas perfectly. Additionally, I’ll be restarting the Cossack Squats from the beginning to build progress more symmetrically. I probably advanced to the next stage too fast; trial and error is part of the process.
Pikes Peak
Pikes peak 1 done for the first time....mind blown...I'm thinking some GGBB X PIKES PEAK might need a good combo?

@Emanuel Asahene I can really picture how transformative 'Pikes Peak' must have been for you. That sounds like one of those 'wow' moments that stays with you. 😇

Learn the first set of principles and processes 2) Begin Good Guys Build Backs (GGBB) start with #GGBB Session #1 10/9/2025 and repeat it 2-3x during a seven day period. 3) If you have shoulder issues, also start with #HYS: #1, which can be done with 2) without conflict, 2-3x during the same seven day period. 4) GGBB pairs exceptionally well with Hips of Fury. Begin #HOF One 9/19/2025 This is more intense work that begins strengthening your hips at length all the way around the sockets, and makes ALL of the straddle work more accessible. Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. Numbers 4) and 2) are exceptional to make this whole series far superior. Repeat all training choices twice weekly at a minimum. You will gain wisdom with the training that you repeat, and repeating it will give you more time to properly adapt. First Full Body Hybrid Training done! 🤗
Just finished my first Full Body Hybrid Training session... and as you can see, it was a fantastic experience! I wasn't alone, either. He never actually does anything, but by the end, he’s always exhausted—it's like he’s trying to carry the weight for me! 💪😇

@Cecilia Jones That sounds like a wonderful idea, and I really appreciate the initiative! 🙏 To be honest, my weekends are currently packed with family life and my commitments as a part-time karate coach and active karateka, so I’m struggling to find any free slots there. Please go ahead with the planning without taking my schedule into account for now - I usually have "to squeeze" my own training into the tiny gaps left in my calendar. However, I’d love to join whenever possible! My idea💡: In February, I could try to sync one of my lunch breaks from my home office days with your morning session. Since your 7:15 AM is 1:15 PM for me, the chances are much higher that I can join you once a month for a Thursday or Friday, here and there. Would that be okay with you? @Laura Segal @Lisa Osowski Of course, only if this works for both of you as well!

@Andre Victorian Hi Coach, just one more tiny question regarding the Full Body Hybrid Training: what is the intended order to follow? Should I go from top to bottom as listed on the training page (starting with Series 14), or should I start from the bottom with Series 8 and work my way up? Thanks for clarifying! @Joshua Martin Hi, hope you’re doing well! To be honest, I didn't even realize it until you mentioned it that you started with session 14. I just naturally started with Series 8 and thought I was supposed to work my way up from the bottom. 😂
Hey everyone 👋🏿
I just joined the community. I’m looking forward to the transformation I’ll undergo learning in here
