Inspired by Sunday rituals like those @Laura Segal shared, I wanted to pass on the secret to my energy boost, which I do about 5 days a week! It's all about stacking simple steps ➑️ - Hydrate & Fuel πŸ”‹: Start with a strong cup of green tea and a large glass of water immediately after waking up. - Mind & Body 🫢: Follow with breathing exercises to focus and calm the system (approx 15 minutes). - The Shock πŸ₯Ά: Finish with a cold shower! It's intense, but the rush of energy is unbeatable. One of the many things I like about Sundays, is the opportunity to start over. Sometimes we have to start over due to circumstances beyond our personal control, and other times we GET to start over because the sun is coming up and we awaken to see it. Today is an opportunity to be what all of our yesterdays prepared us for, and what all of our tomorrows require. Flex Hard!
