First Full Body Hybrid Training done! 🤗
Just finished my first Full Body Hybrid Training session... and as you can see, it was a fantastic experience! I wasn't alone, either. He never actually does anything, but by the end, he’s always exhausted—it's like he’s trying to carry the weight for me! 💪😇

@Maik Benge That is the same thing I was going to do then I thought n14 is is the top one so I will start there. I think the important thing is we just be active at doing the exercises and Flexhard at whichever we are doing though I do notice there is progression in the series so maybe I should have started at 8.

Glute things
Hi Andre / everyone! I'm curious about what to do to target glutes. Ive been doing all the core series, straddle, back, squat, lunge, shoulders, knees, and moving into the Cossack transitions. I love it all. The only thing that sometimes feels a bit left out are my glutes. They do get hit under flex in deep straddle, but I'm wondering if there is something a bit more targetted in there somewhere that I could work on, or if there are a few specific videos I could go to. In my day to day, they feel a bit tighter than everything else now. I'm beginning to add some of my own stuff to compliment, but thought I'd reach out!

In the full body hybrid series 14 session 1 there's an exercise around the 15 minute mark that felt amazing on my glutes and lower back.

Full body hybrid training session 1 series 14
Just completed my first full body hybrid.Wow my quads are burning today. I really loved the exercise around the 15 minute mark. While doing it, I had a point of relaxation that seemed like all my cells became singers and just let out a big ahhhh!

@Andre Victorian it is truly amazing how the body works together when properly used but can fight against each other when something is out. I love it when my body feels like water and moves harmoniously but when I have real strenuous week at work it begins to feel like there is a rock or something stopping the flow of harmony until I get that worked out and then it feels like my energy smooth flowing river again. I mainly use large exercise balls for loosing and working my body but am very thankful for your program so far.

Three days worth of ETS 1, G²B² 1-3, and HOF 1-2 my back feels almost like a baby's back again. Thank you, sir for putting these instructional videos together in a very simple way to follow.

Same deal with 2-3x/week. 5) Enter the Straddle is perfect if you can sit in s straddle position with a 90 ° spread, and have the ability to lean forward and put your hands on the floor unassisted. #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 is the beginning of lifetime changes. @Andre Victorian i was laughing because when I was doing G²B² my back popped a number of times. It felt so good I forgot everything I was doing and right when that happened you said your back popped and it felt so good you forgot how to count. I had to pause the video and just sit and laugh.
