I have come to realize essential strategies that allow me to kick faster and harder than I could a few weeks ago by reevaluating core principles. This allowed me to reduce the number on instructions per skill by imposing a physics-based set of guiding principles. The principles produce the queues for the movement, and each queue turns groups of instructions into just one. I found that I had to behave in opposite ways compared to how I was previously executing in some cases, and was able to autocorrect and reconsider complimentary exercises that intentionally train the updated behavior. This is like seeing movement through the lens of mathematics and software, and my inner (and outer) nerd is beaming. No matter how good you are at anything, no matter how good you become, keep an open mind to doing what is necessary to increase and thrive harder. Look at your faults, weaknesses, and mistakes with objectivity to correct them, rather than to beat yourself up. Seek better principles that allow for better choices while being honest about who/where/what you really are in the moment of evaluation. Hence further leaning into the phrase:
Train the Truth
Let the truth, set you free.
