Ready for the Week: My Morning Energy Habit 🚀
Inspired by Sunday rituals like those shared, I wanted to pass on the secret to my energy boost, which I do about 5 days a week!
It's all about stacking simple steps ➡️
  • Hydrate & Fuel 🔋: Start with a strong cup of green tea and a large glass of water immediately after waking up.
  • Mind & Body 🫶: Follow with breathing exercises to focus and calm the system (approx 15 minutes).
  • The Shock 🥶: Finish with a cold shower! It's intense, but the rush of energy is unbeatable.
I'm convinced that for us Flexians, every sustainable energy kick is a direct boost to help us flex harder!

Speaking of cold bathing, twice a week, last year (2024), I relied on ice baths. Seriously massive recovery booster. Ice bathing and saunas are next up, but I need some home improvements first. I’ll keep you updated 💡!
