Ready for the Week: My Morning Energy Habit 🚀
Inspired by Sunday rituals like those @Laura Segal shared, I wanted to pass on the secret to my energy boost, which I do about 5 days a week! It's all about stacking simple steps ➡️ - Hydrate & Fuel 🔋: Start with a strong cup of green tea and a large glass of water immediately after waking up. - Mind & Body 🫶: Follow with breathing exercises to focus and calm the system (approx 15 minutes). - The Shock 🥶: Finish with a cold shower! It's intense, but the rush of energy is unbeatable. @Maik Benge Intense start to the day. Sounds so invigorating. I used to take cold showers but kinda fell off the wagon. I’ll reintroduce them after a sauna or steam. Thanks for the breathing tips. The only thing I have to add is doing a Full Body Hybrid video first thing-which @Cecilia Jones & @Lisa Osowski & I do three mornings a week…
Sunday!
One of the many things I like about Sundays, is the opportunity to start over. Sometimes we have to start over due to circumstances beyond our personal control, and other times we GET to start over because the sun is coming up and we awaken to see it. Today is an opportunity to be what all of our yesterdays prepared us for, and what all of our tomorrows require. Flex Hard!

Introduction
Hello Everyone, I'm a 58-year-old fitness enthusiast from India and have been training with Kettlebells for the last few years. I have started to develop constant niggles and tightness especially in my hip flexors, shoulders/neck, and back. Although, I also devote 50 % of my training time to do mobility work, I have not seen any sustainable improvements. I Found Flex Theory Method through Andre's Instagram and was amazed by the way he moved. My goal is to learn these new methods to reduce the pain patterns and build reasonable mobility. I'm hoping this translates into being able to lift and move freely well into my 60s and beyond. Looking forward to learn from this community and improve in my fitness journey

Intro
Hello everyone, My name is Kout (pronounce Kuot). I’ve been hydrid training for the past year (distance running, calisthenics, boxing) and I’ve noticed that my mobility needs work especially when it comes to my hips and overall mobility. I found this course through Andre’s instagram page. After watching a couple reels I was really impressed by his flexibility and strength so I decided to check out his course. My goal is to improve my hip and leg mobility to the point I can comfortably sit in a middle split. I’m hoping this translates well into my next marathon goal. I’m looking forward to progressing with this course!
