I'm cooking up some goodness in the FlexLab, which doubles as a padded floor. Here are some training additions to look out for this week.

2) Hips of Fury (Both Long Lunge and Squat folders)

Is this a lot for a week? Perhaps. Is it still going to happen? Yes. Yes, it is. We will keep moving forward and composite training series' will begin to emerge soon, and a whole lotta other good stuff!
