This is my face(GIF below) after my first session. I had to pause at 7:40 mins in then continue after a lil rest. I heard some cracking and popping. I’m kinda sitting here in disbelief at the difference. Esp my lower back. It’s always hurting cause I have a Psoas issue and sway back. I was initially concerned about feeling the stretches since when I do yoga it takes me a longer time to feel the stretch so I usually spend a little more time in the pose. When pressing on the thigh I felt the back open up and heard one of my many pops while leaning. Although my right side is dominant it’s tighter but I was able to feel the stretches there too.
Now I’d like to know since I’m a bit confused do I:
Repeat the first session then the next week move on to session
Do I do move on to session #2 next time
Or do I do session one my first week then my next week is Session 1&2?
