Just did first module of hips of fury
For the first time I did the first module of hips of fury! Coach said you may sweat, but at that point I was dripping sweat for minutes already! I really felt my super tight hamstrings releasing to the point I got Nervous lol! Crazy thing is my legs are so pumped that I feel heavy! Crazy good work! Thanks coach

Good job 💪🏽.
Hey guys I started last night with the first three intro vids!
Last nights I couldn’t lean and get my shoulders parallel with floor, today I could already align my body straight! Yesterday I would start falling forward when squatting and get a weird pain above the knee behind and in front. Now I see my hamstrings were too tight as I squared deeper and felt less pain in front. As I rolled on my ankles I also felt pain on side outside of my knee, thank God and this system as I see it’s from me not moving and stretching and all being tight. Yesterday my legs after stretching were full of blood flow to the point of my legs feeling heavy. Today much more movement! I don’t wanna say this is unreal, I’ll just say my mind is blown and I feel so much better and I can now stretch over my legs which I was off alignment yesterday! Great work and this morning I did another set and I feel better! The intro is worth more than a year of membership jeez!

Congratulations! The feeling is mutual after doing one session. I’m like where was this my entire life.
Just broke 75k followers on FB‼️
My Facebook business page is 10 years old, and up until September I only had a couple hundred people in total. On October 18, I received a notification that I was up to 500 people and I thought that was quite a jump. I didn’t pay much attention, but then I looked again a few days later and saw an increase to 3500 or so. I realized something good was happening, and continued to grow 1000-1500 people every day until i approached 50k a few weeks ago where things became stagnant. Then after one post that went viral, I gained 11,000 people in one day! The numbers have importance to me, but what’s more important is there are several people here because of the explosion of post visibility on Facebook, which I had ruled out as useless. This reminded me of something important. There have been times in my life where what I’ve already done, what I was doing, and even who I am have been declared as useless. I know exactly how that feels. As I’ve evaluated, tried, failed, discerned, updated my try, and kept going - the seeds of struggle took root and began to grow. This includes how I rebuilt my own body, and how I slowly began coming back from enormous personal losses. I have learned to do two things better than I used to. 1) Stay available to possibilities by not giving up 2) Learn, and Update My Try Sometimes, things might take 10 years before they bare fruit in less fertile places.

Congratulations. Your consistency paid off even when you felt it wasn’t.

Internal zipping / pelvic floor
Okay that title sounds weird, but I wanted to ask if anyone else doing FT has noticed an improvement in their ability and strength to stand tall by the zipping up of their internals. In Chinese medicine and martial arts, it's the line from the hui yin point to the bai hui point. Also, since we're all adults here, I feel this also resulted in a stronger pelvic floor. I could feel myself working on zipping up this line when I was doing ETS, in particular the exercises where we're in a straddle and we push the legs into the ground (e.g. timestamp 6:25 of #ETS Session One 9/1/2025 ). This was an unexpected benefit and will potentially help to avoid potential womanly issues (uterine prolapse) as I age.

Thanks for that in depth explanation and your experience. When I get to that lesson I will have to share mine as well.
