I am pushing forward this Monday, and I hope that you are too. I had a rough time over the weekend not feeling well, but I’m resuming training today with only part of a cough left. I had to skip the Weekly Wrap Up video yesterday, but will see if I can get that done today! I have a lot of new material to release this week and I’m looking forward to presenting to everyone and also hearing from you. Flex Hard!
