#HOF Eight 12/13/2025 is ready to be experienced. This training session consists of a warmup, and two identical rounds of a group of related transitions. The end of each round includes an explosive training approach that also lengthens the hip flexors, as well as the adductors nearest the hip socket. 13 minutes of goodness that will continue making you more athletic. Flex Hard!
