Any hip abduction focused modules?
My new bottleneck seems to be my hip abduction. I can barely sit at 90 degrees in a straddle. It almost feels like my hip joint is jammed rather than muscle tightness. Muay Thai involves turning your hip over when kicking which means that poor hip abduction can limit that a lot.
Is there any modules or videos in here that specifically will help with my hip abduction strength and flexibility?
