Fixing muscle imbalances
I crashed my motorcycle when I was 18yrs old and immobilised by right leg for 3 months. In that period I developed huge imbalances that were holding back my Muay Thai training . Enter the Straddle has completely exposed all of these imbalances. I can just about sit upright comfortably now, but when running through session 1 for the first 3-4 times I have been feeling crazy burning in my right glute , and now finally some burning in other places as my right glute finally starts to strengthen. This has directly impacted my left kick and overall balance when throwing strikes. As a beginner I would highly recommend using Enter the straddle as a base to build up lower body strength and expose flaws where you never know they were. As someone with previous pelvic tilt and a ridiculously tight lower body this has done the most for me in the smallest amount of time . I’m exited for my progression as I continue !

@Andre Victorian okay so I should use ETS as a benchmark for overall mobility and strength gains in the other modules that I’m doing , right? This all makes complete sense, thanks for this material it truly is going to accelerate my Muay Thai abilities . There is nothing more frustrating than being held back in sessions by poor mobility. The Thai coaches don’t understand that I know ‘how’ to execute the techniques but my body simply can’t accommodate it.

Update: I touched my elbows to the floor for the first time yesterday ! ETS session one has so far almost re-enabled my right leg internal rotation , almost fixed my muscle imbalances between right and left leg and is now starting to strengthen my hip flexors, hamstrings and quads in an even manor. The straining sensations when trying to sit upright has passed from my glutes and is now onto the other leg muscles which is a great sign of progression in a mere 2 weeks. Thanks Andre
Any hip abduction focused modules?
My new bottleneck seems to be my hip abduction. I can barely sit at 90 degrees in a straddle. It almost feels like my hip joint is jammed rather than muscle tightness. Muay Thai involves turning your hip over when kicking which means that poor hip abduction can limit that a lot. Is there any modules or videos in here that specifically will help with my hip abduction strength and flexibility?
