New mindset reframe I created for myself
I am the kind of woman who chooses foods that fuel and nourish my body. Healthy foods aren’t a punishment — they’re what make me feel amazing, balanced, and energized. I don’t label foods as ‘good’ or ‘bad.’ Most of the time, I enjoy nutrient-rich meals because they support my health, and once in a while I have foods simply for pleasure — without guilt. Because this is a lifestyle change. I’ve trained my mind and my taste buds to love what nourishes me, and because of that, eating well feels natural and stress-free. Food is no longer something I overthink. It’s just part of my balanced lifestyle.
