Did you track your meals today? You could also guesstimate, take photos of your meal and log it later if you tend to forget or don’t have time 🙂 I logged my meals, but tbh, I’m very low in protein. I’m talk like 60 g today. My stomach was feeling very uneasy.

Got home super late last night but I got my food all tracked✅ Using a food scale has helped so much.Reality really struck me when I started weighing out the correct serving size of nuts. How easy is it to just eat from the container and the serving size is not what we tend to think of in our heads.

Protein snacks
For those that don’t have an appetite or struggling to hit protein goals I always try to look for this protein or ratio protein in my stores. I know these can be pricey, I will shop around and look for the cheapest price. I got these for $2 each

@Jen Brodie I used to as well until I found some protein snacks that I really like. It’s so helpful when you can get 15-30 grams of protein in a snack.

@Sue Jensen I get them from Costco but I believe Amazon has them as well. Yes, those Quest chips are my absolute favorite!
