@Joanne Zuniga I should’ve taken a pic when I did it on Sunday. I gotta remember to do that next time. I prepped chicken salad sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches and pastrami and cheese sandwiches, all on homemade bread for lunch. I packed cottage cheese cups, yogurt cups, boiled eggs, protein shakes, and sparkling protein to go along with my sandwiches or a snack at work. For dinner I made a couple of one pot meals with lean ground beef, and cheese (some have riced cauliflower, mung beans sprouts, okra or cabbage added) homemade coleslaw on the side and Taco salad.

@Joanne Zuniga the only downside is portion control is so much harder with homemade bread

🥘 Quick mid week meal plan check in
Who has stuck to the meal prep that they prepped over the weekend? I did well on Monday and Tuesday. Today, I did about half. Check in with me below. For me, today, I didn't feel like breakfast at home, I knew I had to get Starbucks for clients first thing in the morning, so I ordered egg white bites and a protein latte. I thought I would be home by noon to get lunch, but I wasn't so ended up stopping somewhere to get and avocado toast. I didn't pack any snacks. (a big no-no) Finishing the rest of the evening off at home.
