A lot of you said that it’s so hard to remember to track, or it gets exhausting. What I’ve done for the past 2 weeks or so is have my iPhone automatically open MyfitnessPal 3x a day so it reminds me to log.

Would work great in tracking apps, documents, affirmation docs, etc.
