A year difference
Hey everyone! I wanted to share some of my progress. For my birthday every year I set some goals for myself and last year I decided to start living a more healthier life. Here is a picture from last year and this year wearing the same dress. I don’t know how much I weighed in the first picture as I didn’t start documenting my progress until after I saw my doctor on 2/12/24 but that day I was 241.1 and I’m currently 172.3 which makes 68.8lbs down🤩🤩. Some more info in case you want to know. Mom of 6 (ages 14-7), 33 years old and I’m 5’8.

I finally hit onederland!
My grandsons were always my motivation! I want to be able to keep up with them and because I have lost 223lbs since 10/21/2021 , I now am that Gigi that doesn't have to sit on the sidelines and watch, I can join in and do things with them! It hasn't always been easy, but it has always been worth it! I needed this win this week with having a knee injury, I have a MRI scheduled for Tuesday so I will see what that says, I'm hoping no surgery because I have several races scheduled already in 2026 , one being a 20 mile hike in September, so I have training that I need to do to work up to be able to do 20 miles in 8 hours.
I finally hit onederland!
If I can do it, you can it!
2025-2022 209.4lbs-423lbs 213.6 lost Age 56 now, I feel the best I ever felt! I have more energy, I can keep up better with my 2 grandsons ages 5 and 7. This photo was done using Gemini app.
If I can do it, you can it!
Happy Halloween
I hope you are able to get out there and enjoy life! If I have learned anything on this weight loss journey, it's you just have to keep moving forward. 5 years ago I would have never been able to go to Boo at the Zoo, but this year I crushed it! I rode the train, walked zoo, and kept up with my grandsons. It was a wonderful date night with grandsons and son. Because of my weight loss, I am truly living life, and not just existing.
Happy Halloween
Automate your food tracking!
A lot of you said that it’s so hard to remember to track, or it gets exhausting. What I’ve done for the past 2 weeks or so is have my iPhone automatically open MyfitnessPal 3x a day so it reminds me to log. You can watch the video how to here! You can essentially have you phone open and app/ document/ website at a time of your choosing! Would work great in tracking apps, documents, affirmation docs, etc.
