Hey beautiful people 🤍 A new 25-minute Yoga Nidra is now available in the Yoga Nidra classroom. This practice is an invitation into deep rest. Guided by breath, a golden body scan and an imaginary walk through nature in summertime. There’s space to drift. Space to imagine. Space to simply listen. If your system feels tired, scattered or overstimulated - this one is here to support you! You’ll find it inside our new classroom. Rest gently 🤍

Full Moon class with Half Moon Pose | 90min: Strength and Balance
Hello everyone 🤍 A new 90-minute class is available in our Yoga classroom. This practice explores strength and balance through standing postures and slow transitions. We move through Trikonasana, Warrior III and a tree-inspired variation. Gradually building toward Half Moon. Approached in a playful way (supported by the prop of your choice! ;)) The intention isn’t to “hold balance,” but to feel how grounding, breath and comfort in movement. If you feel like moving today, the class is there for you. If not, it’ll be waiting when the timing feels right. You’ll find it inside the Yoga classroom. 🤍

New Class · Now Available · 90 Minutes — Shoulders & Space
Hello everyone 🤍 I just uploaded a new 90-minute class into the Yoga classroom. This one is focused on the shoulders, upper chest and upper back — on creating space, building slow strength, and softening the places that often hold too much. It’s also the first class I recorded in my new home. A new space, a new chapter. And that feels beautifully aligned with what stillness in motion is about. You’ll find variations of dolphin, plank, gentle twists and thread-the-needle, all guided in a slow, somatic way. If you feel like moving today, the class is waiting for you. If not, it’ll still be there when you’re ready. You can find it inside the Yoga classroom. 🤍

New Yoga Class · Now Available · 90 Minutes — Twists of Strength
Twists, grounding strength, and slow embodied movement. This 90-minute somatic flow invites you into gentle twisting shapes such as twisted low lunge and revolved warrior, goddess pose, spacious hip opening, and moments of intentional strength — all supporting a sense of rooting, stability, and aliveness. The practice is slow and steady, created for those moments when you want to • reconnect with your breath • release emotional tension stored along the midline • build strength with softness and awareness ✨ A personal note: This class is the last video I recorded in my old home. There’s something quietly special about sharing it with you — a closing chapter. The next practices will already carry a new atmosphere, a new space, and new impressions from my new place. I’m excited for what’s coming — and grateful you’re here for the transition. You’ll find the full class now available in the Yoga Classroom. Take your time with it. Move slowly. Pause when needed. This Week’s Class — 75 minutes Grounding Through the Hips
This week’s class is now available in the Yoga Classroom 🌕 We’re slowing down and grounding through the hips — the center of movement, emotion, and stability. This 75-minute flow invites you to soften into your body, breathe with awareness, and meet whatever arises with presence. We’ll move through low lunges, gentle lizard variations, and figure-4 poses to release tension and open space in the lower body. Expect a slow, mindful rhythm, long holds, and an invitation to feel each transition from the inside out. Thank you that you are here!
