I just uploaded a new 90-minute class into the Yoga classroom.
This one is focused on the shoulders, upper chest and upper back — on creating space, building slow strength, and softening the places that often hold too much.
It’s also the first class I recorded in my new home. A new space, a new chapter. And that feels beautifully aligned with what stillness in motion is about.
You’ll find variations of dolphin, plank, gentle twists and thread-the-needle, all guided in a slow, somatic way.
