This 75-minute flow invites you to soften into your body, breathe with awareness, and meet whatever arises with presence.
We’ll move through low lunges, gentle lizard variations, and figure-4 poses to release tension and open space in the lower body.
Expect a slow, mindful rhythm, long holds, and an invitation to feel each transition from the inside out.
