New Yoga Class · Now Available · 90 Minutes — Twists of Strength
Twists, grounding strength, and slow embodied movement.
This 90-minute somatic flow invites you into gentle twisting shapes such as twisted low lunge and revolved warrior, goddess pose, spacious hip opening, and moments of intentional strength — all supporting a sense of rooting, stability, and aliveness.
The practice is slow and steady, created for those moments when you want to
• reconnect with your breath
• release emotional tension stored along the midline
• build strength with softness and awareness
✨ A personal note:
This class is the last video I recorded in my old home. There’s something quietly special about sharing it with you — a closing chapter.
The next practices will already carry a new atmosphere, a new space, and new impressions from my new place. I’m excited for what’s coming — and grateful you’re here for the transition.
