A new 90-minute class is available in our Yoga classroom.
This practice explores strength and balance through standing postures and slow transitions.
We move through Trikonasana, Warrior III and a tree-inspired variation. Gradually building toward Half Moon. Approached in a playful way (supported by the prop of your choice! ;))
The intention isnβt to βhold balance,β but to feel how grounding, breath and comfort in movement.
If you feel like moving today, the class is there for you.
If not, itβll be waiting when the timing feels right.
