Be your own cheerleader
Happy Friday beautiful souls.
This morning i got up early, meditated, did affirmations, sorted out a food shop then did yoga and weights. After my workout i said 'good job, you smashed that im proud of you' because i was going to skip the weights.
We can be really negative towards ourselves in our minds, but when we celebrate our small wins everyday that builds self esteem and its good to feel good, to be motivated and kind to self.
So today celebrate your wins, give yourself a pat on the back, high five, big cheer and know that by showing up for yourself everyday you are doing amazing.
