I went to the 3 day Summit in March and have done Soma every day since then! My nervous system is relaxed and calm. Still migraine free :) and sprained my ankle playing volleyball last Saturday. I have to admit, the recovery this time is so quick compared to the many other times I have sprained my ankles over the years. No crutches needed, a minimal brace and here we are 3 days later and I have no pain, the swelling is going down and I am walking fairly normal. Not sure if Soma is responsible but I am just going with it! :)
