There are so many things to be grateful for. The breath naturally redirects me to this as this is the mechanism by which we live, and it is both unconscious and consciously able to be chosen. I want to make gratitude my unconscious default too. Day 43

@Jessica Amaya-Jimenez Your daily practice is slowing moving out what no longer serves you...You are creating more internal space. Keep telling your brain to fill that new space with gratitude...Keep reminding yourself that you are a very grateful person. Tell your mind to help you see things in each day to be grateful for... You might start a "gratitude journal" that you read before you do your daily practice. 🤗🫶🕊️

The Breath of Infinite Patience
For those of us with deep patterns, healing might seem to take an awfully long time. We may lose patience and give up,, in which case the breath gets interrupted, or just let the mind run amok: this will never heal, it’s a lost cause, it’s hopeless, or maybe am just not healable… in this case the breath is hyper vigilant, concentrated in the upper body. But there is a half way house of rest and digest. Of a different kind of breath that is neither shutdown - hopelessness - or rampant -. hyper vigilance - it’s a connected breath of what I call infinite patience; it’s a breath that says: I’m worth the effort; I can do this; it doesn’t all have to be healed all at once. And this the trauma informed breath we need, because it allows us to titrate and pendulate, without the mind’s interference. It tells the body I may not be healed yet but I still have enough in the tank to do more later. For now, I can breath the ‘I’m ok” breath. This is our loving, compassionate inner voice breath. 🦋🦋🦋

asking for help is strength not weakness...
what's stopping you from asking for the help which you know will break you free from living a life of misery and pain? nobody needs to ever suffer in silence or suffer at all for that matter - we are all capable and deserving of living a healthy life free of pain and suffering so, what's stopping you? life is waiting on the other side of that closed door, ready to greet you once you take control 😎 good vibes, good energy, thriving, magical moments, abundance, fun and laughter, sooo much joy and happiness, lightness flooding in... that could all be yours ✨️

@T Duncan There is a book that has been around forever called Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway That is actually effective...Doing things that are difficult for us actually strengthens a part of the brain called the "something or other I can't remember...I think its the Anterior Cingulate Cortex....As that part of the brain works harder it gets stronger and the thing we are afraid of becomes easier to do. I am sure a medical person could explain this more clearly...@Samir I love hearing that you are experiencing transformation in your life!🤗

@N W Typical response? Yes! The bottom up approach...The mind/body connection...Activating your CNS is activating your brain through the brain stem! That feeling is the neuroplasticity occurring in your brain!! Amazing Right?🤗
