Today my breath works practice brought calm in the middle of the day. It was such a nice break.

Today I noticed increased discomfort in my body. I made a point to slow things down with the breath.
Self Centered
The daily check in has been a great way to be self centered in the moment and allowed me to focus on others in my life. For a long time I avoided connecting with myself, my body. Now I feel more connected and it feels good.
