Join us for Community Co-Regulation - a guided somatic experience designed to help you reconnect with your body, release what's ready to move, and return to presence. Wednesday December 17th, we're honored to be led by Alyssa Stefanson, who brings over a decade of experience working with the stories our bodies hold - particularly around addiction and attachment trauma. Alyssa weaves ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, drawing from her training in nutrition, herbalism, somatic therapy, Polyvagal Theory, and Soma+IQ Breathwork. Her approach is gentle, grounded, and deeply relational.
