Hey everyone! I've taken 2025 to build a calisthenics community in Singapore and I've gotten so preoccupied with the physical community that at some point I've neglected Skool and compromised the quality of content and the management of Caliversity on this platform I sincerely apologise, this wasn't what you signed up for, and I promise, I will work on improving as we proceed into the first quarter of 2026 Caliversity will be moving to caliversity.com as of 8 April 2026, our very own platform! Here's what to expect from the move: - New courses and the fastest ways I know for you to unlock hard skills(I spent 2025 training hard and studying my progress hard as well!) - Improved UI and visual layout of courses(I'm always reinventing and re-programming the layout, so drop me feedback on how you think the website should look/feel like!) - Comments sections and community posts(coming soon!) on training programs and routines that we can ask questions and learn from each other about - Direct messaging with me that won't take me hours to respond(I programmed the website to ensure that I won't miss out notifications from you) - Better subscription plans to suit your financial circumstances and needs - Self-programming(I'm adjusting the code on the website as I create the courses to ensure that everyone has a smooth experience learning their favourite calisthenics skills!) Restarting after 7months
havent done a single pushup since last 7months,,now barely can do pushups,,, thinking of restarting it

Muscle up
How can I do a muscle up i always try and I can only get to my chest Any tips? Here's some of my stats 10-12 pullups (8 with 4kgs) 25-30 dips (15-20 with 4kgs) Im 5'6 and 84kg

Caliversity currently has 1 free online call that is hosted every Friday night where we come online to learn about calisthenics training. Eventually, I would want to host more calls too, so we can help people who might have a tighter schedule. And I need YOUR help for that. Interested in joining our future calls? Comment below: 1. DIET
I'm curious: whether you are bulking/cutting/maintaining what is your diet like? Do you have strict meal plans or go with the flow? Let me know! Personally, I eat pretty clean and have the occasional fast food once or twice a week cuz I'm bulking.
