Train with Caliversity is happening in 22 hours
I learned it the hard way
So i do periodization and i do two weeks hypertrophy as my main focus and i love training till failure in almost every set even though some people say I should not because......and i still did it no matter what people said. I trained till failure because i love the feeling of the pump and feeling like my muscles are being used completely. But today i paid the price. After finishing my workout i felt horrible, for the first time i felt just horrible. I had nausea, i felt like if i was about to faint. I tought maybe I should eat something so I grab the first thing in sight some papaya and well it has fructose so it would help me. But i couldnt hold it I went to the bathroom and threw up. Thankfully it wasnt that bad and afterwards i felt ok. So the lesson is i will never train till failure in every single set maybe just the last set of my workout. and specially if i train four days calishtneics back to back. so yeah DO NOT TRAIN TIL FAILURE IN EVERY SET PLEASE.

ACTIONS VS MORALS
This took me many years to realise. I always believed in some sort of universal judgment or karma before. The universe is not moralistic. There are only actions and consequences. look at it like this: you do actions that create positive reactions (consequences) and you benefit, create negative reactions and suffer. Ever wondered why very often successful people are less moralistic than poor people? That’s because they think about results and not morals. Morals are good for your ego and if that’s what you value, then all good. But if you value progress then think simply about results. Do bad things get bad results, do good things and get good results. It’s a direct consequence and not a universal judgment. we are all interconnected, good for us is doing good for all and is supportive of us directly. Doing “bad” Is the opposite. Try shifting your mentally into this mode. You won’t change but your view of your possibilities sure will.
What’s something funny that happened to you in the gym?
I went to the gym high as fuck. The disinfection sprayer wasn’t spraying. I didn’t think to turn the nozzle and genuinely believed it was broken, so I went to the gym staff to tell them it’s not working anymore. After I left, through the window i saw them simply turning the nozzle and it worked. Fuck man! ⬇️ Comment below something funny that happened to you in the gym!

Tips of success
How I Bought My First Car Alhamdulillah for Allah’s Blessings Just a year ago, I was struggling to make ends meet. Every day felt the same work, bills, stress, and constant worry about how to provide better for my family. Deep down, I kept asking Allah for a way out, for something that could change my life and bring ease to my home. And SubhanAllah… when you truly put your trust in Allah (tawakkul), He opens doors you never expect. One small step of faith changed everything for me. I connected with someone who introduced me to a new path something that allowed me to grow, learn, and build income in a way I never imagined. Months later, my life began to transform. My income increased, my mindset shifted, and I started experiencing blessings that could only be from Allah’s mercy. Today, Alhamdulillah, I’ve been able to buy my first car through the success of this journey something that once felt impossible for me. This isn’t about showing off it’s about showing what Allah can do when you trust Him, stay consistent, and take that first step. If you’ve been praying for a change or looking for something that can bring ease to your life, don’t ignore the opportunities Allah places in front of you. Let collect, https://wa.me/16478152713 I’ll share how I started maybe it’s the step you’ve been making du‘a for, in shaa Allah.
