Most people struggle with muscle ups, handstand push ups, or unlocking the planche and front lever. It’s not because they’re weak - it’s because they don’t have a roadmap. That’s what this membership gives you: a clear, step-by-step path to elite calisthenics. Here’s what you get: 💎Muscle Up Program (7+ Levels) - Build explosive pulling strength and clean technique. ❤️‍🔥Handstand Push Up Program (12+ Levels) - Go from wall support to freestanding reps. ⚜️Planche & Front Lever System (7+ Levels) - Unlock two of the most respected skills in the sport. 🍔Bulking & Cutting Blueprint (17 Steps) - Remove the guesswork around nutrition, shredding, and massing. 📚On top of that, every program gets monthly updates. So your training library keeps growing without extra cost. 💬You’ll also get access to a private Telegram group with Daemon and Cheng Wee (our Founders). Ask direct questions, get direct answers, no waiting. 🔑The truth is simple: without a system, you’ll keep guessing, stalling, and spinning your wheels. With it, you’ll have a proven roadmap that actually works. ⛳️The only question is—are you ready to commit, or are you fine watching others pass you by? 👉 Click here to join Caliversity Premium

Feeling pushups not in chest.
when i do pushups i feel it in my shoulders and triceps more, i think my form is good, but the day after my outer chest is sore?

@Mack Jenkins Lean forward a little more. If you feel your shoulders and triceps it could mean that you're not leaning enough(hence placing the pressure onto your shoulders and arms). Lean forward a little more and you will start to feel a little more chest engagement!
First Candlestick
I’ve been working on a handstand for a while and i’ve always wanted to be able to do a candle stick. I’m so hyped that I finally got it!

@Landon Peters Yo! That's crazy. I'm actually training for it too. What's your routine for candlestick if you don't mind me asking?

@Landon Peters Still working on my candlestick. Cool to see that you've gotten it already. Keep grinding brah!
Calisthenics workout
Aiming for an aesthetics body, pretty sure strength comes hand in hand with calisthenics, i can rep out about 20 pushups at a time and 6-7 pullups, What i want is a consistent workout plan for throughout the weak that i should do, for now the only one i do consistently is a core workout on fridays, doing chris heria's 30 min core workout tho i cant last the entire thing my abs die out in the first few exercises

@Ruturaj Patil How many days a week do you have at least 30 mins - 1 hour to train?
2 likes • Jul 18
@Ruturaj Patil Okay. Separate your training days into push and pull Push days: 5 to 7 sets of max dips followed by 5 to 7 sets of max push ups Pull days: 5 to 7 sets of pull max pull ups You can do core right after the main exercises for both individual days
