dont try to force urself to pushing up with ur legs. instead lean forward enough and ur legs will automatically try to float

@Caleb Hoon no. if ur body gets new stimulus from a certain exercise ur body can be sore. but if u keep doing the same exercise with more reps or more weights ur body wont be as sore because ur body is used to the exercise.

there can be multiple reasons but the biggest reason might be that ur body adapted to a certain exercise or movement.
