Guys iam a begginer to intermediate Training back lever,bent arm planche But guys i need help me cali warm up Iam getting injuries or pains everytime when i consistently with cali , , can you pls give me a good cali warmup routine help And also help if anyone got pain on collar bone or clavicle ,its coming while i do bent arm planche like when doing scapular depression and protraction,now iam going through rest. Hope anyone reply
