Yellowing shirts
Good morning, gents! I’m back at work this week, and with the summer heat (plus carrying a rucksack), I’m trying to avoid the dreaded sweat-stained shirt. It feels like a problem we’ve all been battling for years. I’ve already switched to linen shirts, which definitely helps keep me cooler, but it doesn’t completely solve the problem. Here’s my dilemma: if I wear an undershirt, I end up feeling even hotter and sweating more. If I skip the undershirt, I still sweat and risk staining my white and light blue shirts. So what’s the best solution? Are there any tricks, fabrics, or products you’ve found that genuinely help keep shirts looking fresh in hot weather? My only other option is turning up to the office shirtless… but I suspect HR might have a few questions. 😅

Back to work after a three day weekend. Headed down to to Abilene for a day. They just had some pretty big storms down there and I’m going to see what I can assist my distributors/Contractors with.

Take Care of the Machine
If you’re neglecting your body and your mind… You’re sabotaging your own future. These aren’t optional. They’re the tools every dollar you’ll ever make… Every goal you’ll ever achieve… …and every opportunity you’ll ever have depends on. If you abuse them… Ignore them… Or convince yourself you’ll “get around to it later”… Don’t be surprised when they fail you the moment you need them most. I know because I spent years doing exactly that. I was obsessed with building businesses. Winning. Achieving. Growing. But I wasn’t taking care of the machine that made any of it possible. Looking back… I don’t wonder what I accomplished. I wonder how much more I could’ve accomplished if I had treated my physical and mental health like they were non-negotiable from day one. Don’t make the same mistake. Train your body. Sharpen your mind. Build the discipline to take care of both every single day. Because you can’t expect championship performance from a machine you refuse to maintain. Your body is either getting stronger… Or it’s getting weaker. Your mind is either getting sharper… Or it’s getting softer. There is no neutral. There is no coasting. You’re moving in one direction or the other every single day. Make yourself a priority. Invest in yourself daily. Because the discipline it takes to maintain your body and your mind is nothing compared to the price you’ll pay for years of neglect. Never forget that. ~ Andy Frisella
