Oh great font of communal knowledge, What are your thoughts on lining for a seersucker jacket? This will be for a spring/summer-only piece. Full lining seems to defeat the breathable nature of the seersucker. Half lining is an option, but if it's going that way, why not go lining-less? Image for attention/example

Trying to decide if I need something else for the summer to wear with shorts. Right now I have minimal white leather sneakers, white Chuck Taylor's, and athletic sneakers(which are out obviously). I feel the leather sneakers are too heavy for wearing in the heat and with linen. Today I wore my Chucks. Trying to decide between boat shoes, leather loafers, and canvas loafers. Or do I stay with the white sneakers and Chucks?

Hello Gentleman, was hoping to pick your brains for an outfit suggestion. I`m planning to take my Girlfriend to the Travers Stakes out in Saratoga this August but I`ve never been to a Horserace. Its obviously a Derby day, but I`m not sure what to wear so i don`t stand out either as over or underdressed. any sugestions would be fantastic as ill have time to buy new pieces.
