My trip to London was Perfect!! The weather was spectacular! The people were warm and welcoming. The Savile Row & Jermyn Street experience did not disappoint! Other than 1 “Learning experience “ with one particular shop. The trip was just what I needed and wanted. But now it’s time to go home. I’m looking forward to heading home to see my beautiful bride!! Good afternoon gentlemen: As many of you know me and my bride have purchased a new living room set and while we were waiting for the delivery, we have promised another family in need our previous furniture. Because of the delay from the furniture company, we did not want to deny the family in need the furniture that we have promised them so we make sure that the furniture was delivered on time to the family in need. When you treat people right and we do the right thing good things always come back around. The manager of the furniture store contacted me because they knew of the circumstances behind the furniture and offered to sell me this La-Z-Boy recliner for $60 that they had on the showroom floor to help compensate for the delay in our furniture being delayed. Now I have a La-Z-Boy recliner for my office which I never would expected and all because of doing the right thing and people, knowing the type of person that you are. When the store manager contacted me, she stated that she was very sorry for the inconvenience and the fact that we kept our responsibility to the family that was in need and it really touched her and because whenever we come in, we are such well, respected people that she took it upon herself to make a special effort to compensate us for the inconvenience, and she had this recliner a store display that she sold to me for $60. They also delivered the recliner and brought two other recliners till our furniture arrives.
