So within the last couple weeks I started fasting on a spiritual level but fasting is also good on a physical level. I tend to feel better after fasting. With this being said it can also be a dangerous if your not paying attention, and unfortunately last night I wasn’t paying attention cause I was so busy with work and bible study I had forgotten to eat before bible study , I had been fasting since Sunday night and so yesterday put me around 26 hours of fasting. The gentleman whom ive already shared about being a spiritual father figure to me at church liked at me and asked if I was ok and it still didn’t click what was going on… I told him I had allergies . Well my blood sugar levels dropped and I got weak on my get and started getting a bad headache and feeling like puking. My wife got me in the suv and ran through Burger King last night to let me try and eat in the way home. So after getting some food and sleep I feel much better today . I need to make sure to pay attention today while I fast at work. Anyways while fasting I put our finances in Gods hands and he has came through in a big way , and I know I shouldn’t be suprised when God moves!!!

Nice mid spring day here in the middle of February. Out running a few errands and a stop at the tailor to take in sleeves on a shirt and new sports jacket. Charles Tyrwhitt blue linen shirt over Jos A Bank tan linen shorts with Beckett Simonon brown suede sneakers. Brown Anson belt with silver buckle with my Stetson Aficionado hat per @Alex Kilpatrick recommendation on head protection with the high noon sun walking home 4.5ish miles after dropping my wife's car off for minor repair. Also Monterey Kitty Hawk blue dial watch and Versace Eros edt. Thought I'd show the illumination on the Kitty Hawk after being in the sun for over an hour.
