hi y'all, in the spirit of @Savanah Vasile's post last week, I'm hoppin on here to share some WINS!!! 1) I closed with a pro bono client today who offered to share a video testimonial & helped me build a website down the line 2) my other client had a major breakthrough last week and is carrying that energy with her into this week! (she may even sign on as my first PAID client.. tbd next week, will keep y'all posted!) 3) I personally had a breakthrough after a microdosed 🍄 & wildflower hike 4) using chat to hone in on my offer and refine it 5) just enjoying being present with friends and getting the most out of my day job 6) explored HTMA more with @Savanah Vasile's discovery call Lately I've been reminded that being in a funk happens, but it doesn't mean that you stay there! I'm learning to lean into the ebbs and flows of the coaching journey and letting each feeling run its course to teach me what I'm supposed to glean from every experience. Hey Crew, My name is Rob. I am a Psych NP. I have a total of 15 years experience in psych both as a floor nurse and an NP, 5 years as a NP, and 4 years precepting students (for free). Prior to that I have Med Surg, Step-down, ER, and even spent a few months as a ship's nurse on a cruise ship. So my Favorite Nickelodeon show is Legends of the Hidden Temple. Some little known facts about me that most people would never guess about me today. In college I was deep into the Goth club scene. I still am in my heart and I will occasional visit a club night. But unfortunately most patients don't return to the office if their provider is sporting 18th century clothing, fangs, and is blasting "Bela Lugosi's Dead." I have absolutely no clue why. Ha! Hey I've done my Shadow Work! I'm just launching my mentor business. I recognized that many of my students struggle to find good support their first year of practice. So I'm building a program to help first year psych NPs quickly get over imposter syndrome and gain confidence in treating psych symptoms. I guess my biggest challenge right now is A. Attracting clients & B. What platform to build my program through (Stan Store, Kajabi, etc.). Thank you!!!
