My name is Shannon - I have been a nurse for just about 8 years and until April of 2025 stuck to the traditional/conventional path. When burn out started to negatively affect my personal life I said YOLO, blew everything up, quit my job, and am not about to graduate my Nurse Coaching program and get my certification! Extremely excited (and a little scared) to see where this path takes me - but I am here and open for all of it!! - 🛝 Favorite Nickelodeon show? - I'm a '95 baby here so my favs were probably The Amanda Show, Spongebob, and The Fairly OddParents! - 🛼 Ur current biz challenge? - my current biz challenge is really just getting started. I'm working through a business course (TNCC) now and hoping to be certified soon with an active LLC. I need a business name that feels authentic yet straightforward and to work on my confidence around client creation and charging a fee!

I was one of those baby nurses that got her license at 22 🙃 I still work bedside 1x/week as a wound ostomy specialist. - 🛝 SpongeBob— He is so dang happy all the time and it’s contagious 🤗 - 🛼 My current business struggle is embodying trust. I logical trust all that will unfold in universal timing but struggling to have it show in my whole being. My default thinking is if I just work really effin’ hard that it will happen.

HELLO beautiful people 💚 My name is Melissa, and I spent my entire nursing career in the ICU (8YRS). I was burned out AF, hating every person who spoke to me, and being written up by every admin for advocating for all of my patients correctly, LOL. I decided to quit my bedside job, and go into education, for which I was in school forever for. I found nurse coaching and now I am super determined to chase my dreams of helping others and living the life of balance and peace, for my own mental sanity. Can't wait to connect with others here!

Hi all, I'm Joy! I've been a nurse for 3 years and some change. My background is primarily ICU but since September I've switched over to case management. I am currently enrolled in a nurse coaching course online and was also drawn to this online community from seeing positive reviews on social media. I have a deep desire to help others in a more preventative medicine sense and am kind of a nerd when it comes to nutrition. I'm thankful to be a new member of this community and am excited to learn and grow alongside one another! My favorite Nickelodean show is Spongebob, hands down (that show basically raised me). My current biz challenge is not knowing anything about starting a business but I want to take a chance on myself and create a work/life balance I believe is possible while also connecting with clients in a more personal and meaningful way.
