the good news & the bad news (which do u want first)
when @Roxy Fink first came to me she was at zero & just starting out in the Nurse Coach Collective but DETERMINED to make a real career out of this she said: "I wanna hire u" i said: "do u wanna finish ur certification first?" she goes: "nope" so i say: "well i never let someone hire me in the first touchpoint. sit with it, and if you still want to in our next call, we can talk logistics" next call... she goes "i still wanna hire u" i go: "ok great... when do u wanna start?" with confidence, she says: "yesterday." 5 months later, she was hitting $10k+ months Roxy knew what she wanted and went after it. she didn't wait to finish a certification get pro bono hours or feel like she had enough "clarity". she acted before she was ready. that's why in her first year she has worked with about 40 clients and is growing by the second. some of u have been going at this for a while (some of u even years ๐Ÿ˜ฑ) & nothing has really changed and u still haven't gotten paid so i have good news and bad news... i'll start with the bad: bad news is it ain't gonna change unless u do u'll keep trying to go at this alone u'll keep throwing random stuff out there without any real direction or clear steps to focus on u'll keep shying away from actually investing in urself while u look around asking why no one is investing with u (hint: u attract what you ARE, not just what u want) but here's the good news... it CAN change if u do what got u here won't get u there so if u want the next version of u u have to stop acting as this version stop saying u are waiting for "alignment" just to mask fear and continue to procrastinate taking real action true alignment is acting in integrity with the version u are here to be not the version that's keeping u small and preventing u from serving at ur highest capacity u have the possibility to write a different story to step into leadership to get support to stop giving urself a back door and to serve on a deeper level
