You cannot pour from an empty cup. Nurses are the first ones to tell patients to rest, slow down, drink water, take their medicine, and the last ones to do it for themselves. Had to be forced off my feet today to remember that I am not exempt from needing rest. And neither are you. Your finances, your patients, your family… none of it works better when you are running on empty. So today's question is simple 👇 What is ONE thing you do (or wish you did) to actually take care of yourself? No judgment. Rest counts. Netflix counts. Sleeping in counts.
