How to share a class on Stan Store for free?....
Hey Crew, So I have not any buyers yet for my First-Year PMHNP Masterclass. So I decided to offer it for free to a couple folks to get momentum, some word of mouth advertisement, and build some reviews. But I found out to be able offer a discount code to people I have to have a Creator Pro plan. This is $99 a month and I really don't have that right now. So anyone know how I can side-step this? I figure there might be a few ways to do this: A. Can I share the Zoom meeting link Stan Created directly to people, and side-step Stan completely? B. Edit my original Stan class and change the price to $0? Feedback, ideas? Thank you all! Rob

@Robert Dickinson you can send invoices with Stripe and it only takes a small percentage of each transaction but no monthly fee like Stan store does if you’re wanting to do videos. You could also sell a pdf on Etsy which also only takes a small amount compared to Stan Store and then once you get more traction switch to Stan store

@Robert Dickinson ahh I see, I didn’t realize there was a webinar option on Stan Store! I think you could just send out an interest form with google forms then if they say they’re ready to invest you could send them an invoice through Stripe then they complete the invoice and you send a live zoom link or upload the webinar recording to YouTube with a private link and send it to those that completed the invoice. If you’re offering it for free to a few people you could just have them fill out the interest form and get their emails and send the zoom link to their email for when the webinar starts and send a recording via private YouTube link

Hi Im dropping in from Australia here. I stumbled on Micah on Insta. Finally got around to looking at this community and really loving the engagement and hopefully learn a thing or two. I refer to myself as an Ex Nurse however I did just renew my rego. I have been on leave without pay for a few months now after maternity leave but I've been forming an exit plan for years. I did about 8 years of generalist nursing and then a Grad Cert in Counselling, and for the last 4 years I have been a Drug and Alcohol Nurse. I have loved Drug & Alcohol for its raw human and holistic connection but still my soul craves more!!! I've always felt I wanted to bridge Nursing & Spirituality somehow and so I feel this may be a way for me to Nurse Coach. I started a Skool Community called 'Healthworkers be held' but still learning how to navigate Skool. Did I mention I have a 9 month old - that means a lot of unfinished projects. My other quite major side quest is my work as a 'Soul Connection Coach'. I connect people with their 'Higher Self' through my offerings of Sacred Space Holding Sessions and Sacred Ancestral Healing & DNA recoding. It's all pretty woo woo and I'll proudly wave that flag. I was thinking to water down my offers in my Skool community to land with the Healthworker/Medical brain types but maybe not too. Im here to learn and grow and get excited about what creations are possible. Thanks for having me!

@Eileen Born can you do it remotely or is it call in person work?

@Eileen Born if people opt to get a cert anyway it’s often through NCC - Nurse Coach Collective, but often times I think it becomes a good excuse to delay starting their business

Hi! My name is Whitney and I can’t remember if I ever did an intro post or not! I’ve been in healthcare for over half of my life. I completed the Nurse Coach Collective program in 2023 and opened my business in 2024. Favorite Nickelodeon show… hmm maybe fairly odd parents?? Current business challenge: Moving from MN to CO this month- but ready to get started once my business transfers over… So figuring out the culture of Denver and where to market!

Hi Whitney! Welcome in!! I love nurse coaches 🫢 what has you moving to CO? I love CO, but haven’t spent enough time in MN to say anything about it, but I’ve heard great things! Do you have clients in MN? I’d love to hear more about you and your business!

I do functional tests on nurses with normal bloodwork, who don’t feel normal at all! And I show nurses how to order labs without being an NP! 🌞🌞
