📵No-Nag Method Day 2: The Screen-Time Agreement
A swimmer texted me "I want to swim, but I don't feel very motivated"... so we opened his screen time. In this one I break down the No-Nag agreement, the one-page contract your swimmer signs to become the master over the phone instead of the other way around. What we covered: 👉 The screen-time number we found behind one swimmer's missing motivation 👉 What "just two hours a day" really adds up to 👉 The swap that makes cutting an app actually stick 👉 Three rules that protect sleep and focus plus your only job as the parent Here's the full recording. The agreement is in the pinned post. Sit down with your swimmer for five minutes, fill it out together, and drop it in the comments when it's done. One bad day isn't failure.. direction beats perfection. First check-in is Sunday at 8pm Zurich time, right after the academy training.

Mallorca, thank you🇪🇸🏊‍♀️
It’s hard to believe this was my last SwimPros camp before starting my college swimming journey in the USA. Looking back I’m so grateful for every training session, every lesson, and every unforgettable moment. This camp gave me the chance to focus on the technical details that will help me take the next step in my career, while also becoming stronger mentally for the challenges ahead. But what made this experience truly special were the people, the amazing team, the friendships, the laughs and all the memories we created together are something I’ll always carry with me. A huge thanks to SwimPros for being such an important part of my journey and helping me become the swimmer and person I am today. A very special thank you to @Yul Münger and @David Karasek for your knowledge, patience, support and for always believing in me. I’m incredibly grateful not only for everything you’ve done so far but also because I’m so happy to have you by my side as I continue this journey in the USA. One chapter is coming to an end and a new one is just beginning. I’m excited for what’s ahead and ready to chase my dreams in America. ❤️🇺🇸
Mallorca, thank you🇪🇸🏊‍♀️
Today's swim training
Today I didn't feel good in the water somehow. Everyone was 25 meters ahead of me and I swam really bad. I don't know what happened. In this training I wanted to give up, but I didn't. I don't know what happened today but I was really disappointed by my performance. Does anyone have these kind of moments too? Another thing is that I think that my mind blocked me somehow. Can someone give me advice how to do better? Thanks!
