Big session today Team! Long, gritty, and built exactly like race day. Your job? Stay moving. Control the effort. Own the transitions. Each station has a built-in “active recovery,” so manage your breathing, keep the heart rate steady, and stay disciplined on those 1KM runs at RPE6. This is where race pace becomes normal.
