Hey guys, This session is about sustained pressure. 2km to open. Then repeated 500m efforts at race pace between every station. The focus: • Settle into control early. • Use each 500m run to reset your breathing. • Stay efficient on sleds, carries and lunges. Hi guys... Happy Wednesday and here is this weeks workout! Myself and Chris are in Germany this week and there is so much going on!! We can't wait to share what we are getting up to on next week's live call! Hope you can make it! Back to the workout this week... This is about race execution. Every 1200m run is at race pace. Every station is performed to standard. Sleds are heavier than race weight for a reason. The goal isn’t to “survive.” The goal is to stay composed while fatigue builds. Score is total time.
