Wednesday Workout! 🔥
Hey guys, This session is about sustained pressure. 2km to open. Then repeated 500m efforts at race pace between every station. The focus: • Settle into control early. • Use each 500m run to reset your breathing. • Stay efficient on sleds, carries and lunges. By the time you reach wall balls, fatigue is earned — manage it with smart sets and clean standards. Score is total time. Post your times below and let us know what you thought of this one!

🔥 End of Week 3 Check-In – Wall Ball Station Challenge 🔥
Team, Week 3 is DONE. That means we’ve got one week left before we wrap this up and announce the next station challenge 👀 This is where it matters most. Motivation can dip. But this is where real progress is built. I want to hear from you: • What’s improved since Week 1? • Are you managing the burn better? • Has your pacing changed? • Are you breaking less / holding bigger sets? Be honest with yourself. The athletes who reflect and adjust now will finish Week 4 strong. Drop your biggest win from Week 3 below ⬇️ And tell me your focus for this final week. Let’s finish this properly. One more push. 💥

Hi, I finished week two because I started one week later. The workouts are very good. This week’s Tuesday session was excellent. Overall, the mobility exercises are very practical and useful.

My plan is to compete in HYROX Toronto, and Vancouver at the end of 2026. I have enough time to train .my first experience was so bad and I know I need to focus more on my running. At the moment, my running between the stations has improved a lot. For example, in this week’s Wednesday workout, I was able to maintain a 4:30 pace. I know it’s not enough yet, but for me it’s a very good improvement. I’ll try to stay consistent and continue regularly. I’d also like to have a consultation session with you or Chris Hinshaw soon to move forward on the right path, because I feel like I might be training too much.
