Sehri speed run edition โฐ๐ (sirf 25 minutes) 2 chicken + potato stuffed sandwiches, 250g yogurt, 2 whole boiled eggs + chai. Quick but decent fuel. Iftar: Black chickpeas (onion, tomato, cucumber + chaat masala), 3โ4 pakoras, 2 dates + 2โ3 glasses water. Samosas table pe theโฆ lekin self-control strong ๐ช (extra carbs avoid kiye). 2 amrood as well. Gym โ Shoulders + Triceps ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ Good pump. Body thori shape mein aa rahi hai โ noticeable change ๐ Lekin haanโฆ arms bigger chahiye ๐
Impatience normal hai. Growth slow process hai, especially Ramadan mein. Post-gym: 2 scoops Anabolic Mass by Kevin Levrone + 2 bananas. Later: 150g chicken + 100g rice.
