Intro
My name is Ali. I live between Abd and Isb and work as a software developer. I’m 32, single, live independently, 6 feet tall, and weigh 125 kg. I’ve experienced significant weight gain after being a regular gym-goer and want to lose fat and feel energetic again. My main challenge has been procrastination over the past 3,4 months, during which my weight increased. Weather and work routine make it harder to go outside, though I sleep consistently from 9pm to 3am and feel refreshed. I want to get back on track in the next 2 months before moving to Germany and regain my confidence. I hope this community helps us achieve our goals together.
